The rules (short version)

We keep it simple and fair. No gotchas.

The reward triggers when the referred family subscribes to a paid plan and their first payment clears the refund window (approximately 30 days after the first payment). This protects everyone from trial abuse and ensures you're rewarded for a real conversion.

No. Self-referrals (same billing identity, payment method, or device) are rejected automatically. The referred family must be a genuinely new account that has never had a Pikidoo subscription.

No hard cap on the number of referrals. A per-period cap applies per referrer to prevent anomalies (e.g. bulk account farming). In practice, legitimate sharers never hit this.

If the referred family refunds or cancels within the qualification window, the referral stays in Pending status and no reward is issued. You only get rewarded when the family genuinely stays.

Affiliate payouts are processed monthly via bank transfer (SEPA for EU) or via Stripe. You'll need to provide your bank details when you join the affiliate tier. A minimum balance of €20 applies before a payout is initiated.

Never. We only give you a link. You choose how to share it. We never ask for your contacts list. The only data we receive is when someone signs up using your link — and that person is making an informed choice to join Pikidoo.
