1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Pikidoo ("Service", "we", "us", "our") you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms you must not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to register an account.

2Description of Service

Pikidoo is a family task and reward management application that allows parents and guardians ("Parents") to:

• Create and manage household chores and tasks for their children
• Track task completion and assign reward amounts
• Manage allowance payments and payout schedules
• Monitor their children's progress and earned rewards

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

3Accounts & Registration

To use Pikidoo you must register a family account by providing a family name, a unique family code, a valid email address, and a secure password and family PIN. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials and family PIN confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

4Children & Parental Responsibility

Pikidoo is designed for family use. Children's profiles within the Service are managed entirely by the registered Parent or guardian. You confirm that:

• You are the parent or legal guardian of any child added to the account
• You take full responsibility for supervising children's use of the Service
• The reward amounts and task completion records are managed by you as the parent
• Pikidoo does not directly transfer any money — all financial arrangements are between you and your child

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 beyond what is strictly necessary to provide child profiles (name, avatar, colour preference). Parents control all such data.

5Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit any harmful, offensive or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our prior written consent
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service to third parties

6Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By using Pikidoo you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

You may delete your family account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days of such a request, subject to any legal obligations to retain records.

7Billing & Subscriptions

Pikidoo offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are given.
• Upgrades / downgrades: Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Price changes: We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change before it applies to your subscription.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails we will notify you and may suspend paid features until the outstanding amount is settled.

8Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service — including its software, design, trademarks and content — are owned by or licensed to ANSER Solutions, Lda. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

9Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANSER Solutions, Lda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers and limitations of liability.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. For material changes we will notify registered users by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
