Restrict tasks to specific days of the week — school tasks only on weekdays, chores only on weekends. A "Show all tasks" toggle lets children browse the full list on any day, but they can only register entries for the allowed days. Families can also set their preferred first day of the week.
Photo proof
Children can attach a photo when submitting a task. The image appears alongside the task in the parent's approval inbox — no more "did you actually clean your room?"

Yes! The Free plan lets you add one child and use all core features — unlimited tasks, approvals, payouts, and history — completely free, forever. Upgrade only if you need more children.

Each child gets their own 4-digit PIN. They tap their avatar on the family screen, enter their PIN, and land straight on their personal task board. No email address needed.

Pikidoo has a dedicated Warnings screen — separate from chores — where you define warning types (e.g. "Rude behaviour", "Didn't tidy room") each with a configurable deduction amount. You can organise warnings into groups, just like tasks. From the Children screen you can apply any warning or chore to a child in one tap, and the deduction is reflected in their balance immediately after you confirm it.

The dashboard gives you an instant family snapshot: total balance across all children, number of tasks pending approval, a 7-day activity bar chart, the most-completed chores of the period, per-child balances, and a recent activity feed — all without leaving the home screen.

Pikidoo tracks balances and rewards in an in-app wallet. Payouts are a record of what each child has earned — the actual cash handover is between you and your child, however you prefer (pocket money, bank transfer, etc.).

Yes. On the Family plan you can invite a second parent (co-parent, guardian, etc.) who gets full access to manage tasks and approve chores alongside you. Simply share your unique family code and they can join your family instantly. A family PIN keeps the parent area locked so children can't reach the management screens.
